Payments can be made securely online via Worlpay, PayPal, Mastercard, Apple Pay and other online payment methods.

Delivery Charges

• Inspire Boxes: Free
• Value Boxes: Free

Other Mail Order: Free for orders over £100 (net) to mainland UK. Smaller orders, and Offshore, Highlands and Islands (UK) orders will be charged at £5.95 + VAT.

Export Orders: We are experienced suppliers to schools in Europe and overseas. We will gladly supply a shipping quote if you send us details of your proposed order. 

How do I return an order

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchases, then please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will advise on the appropriate procedure.

Please note we reserve the right to withhold a sum from the refund to cover our costs in the original delivery of the product to you. We do not refund any costs you incur in returning unwanted goods.

Bespoke products cannot be returned after you have received them unless they are confirmed as defective or damaged in which case they will be collected and repaired or replaced at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
